Data, such as your date of birth, is used to send you marketing and offers related to your birthday. Data, such as your favourite Flammen restaurant, is used to send you marketing and special offers related to this restaurant
When you visit our restaurants or buy takeaways as a customer, we use the data collected from purchases you make from us to provide you with targeted marketing offers in our newsletter. You will only receive our newsletter if you have given your consent.
Storage period
Data is stored for the time period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Data provided with consent is deleted if the consent is withdrawn. Other data provided – for example in connection with a competition or similar – is deleted after a maximum of six months. Personal data provided in connection with bookings is anonymised twice a year, i.e. at 6-month intervals. The data is then used in anonymised form for statistical purposes only.
